The council has already told us they won't remove them as there are no council tenants on the stair. </p> <p>Does anyone know a way to get the bikes removed cheaply? The Bike Station referred us to the council, which has proved a dead end. Locksmith?</p> <p>Thanks in advance for any help/advice offered! </p>
