I quoted chief constables statements regarding road safety in my letter and also road traffic laws to get their attention. I did end up though having to complain about my complaint!</p> <p>In relation to my accident, some similar circumstances with witnesses and bus CCTV available. The officers attending my accident adopted a can't be bothered attitude and never got any evidence.
