The question was "how much?". The total budget of £36m in 2015/16 is pretty close to that predicted by SPOKES in their most recent bulletin (£37m). </p> <p>Not quite sure what "...a 12% increase on the active travel budget at the start of the 2014-15 financial year." means though.
