<description>&#60;p&#62;Quite a debate raging on this. Scotland Outdoors have a couple of web ads for low down 'unsafe' cycling on their site. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Do these contravene advertising standards as they show people on trikes without helmets and not riding in the gutter?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I look forward to complaints....  (!)  &#60;/p&#62;
