A person was standing on the narrow aqueduct towpath, with a bike and a trailer, blocking progress - with a radio in the trailer playing loudly. My partner tried to get his attention, and he ignored her. He eventually said something about her having cycled on the aqueduct. She tried to turn off the radio to make it possible to talk and he shouted aggressively. </p> <p>There was a second woman also on a bike also held up.</p> <p>The situation was resolved because a third person, a man, appeared - and the three of them agreed with each other to edge past. </p>
