Several vehicles had stopped, he was being cared for and he appeared to be conscious. An ambulance passed me a few minutes later. Wishing him a speedy recovery.</p> <p>I didn't witness the incident, so I'm not going to speculate on the cause, but it's not the bit of Gogar Station Road where I would have expected anything to happen. </p>
