<description>&#60;p&#62;Another move by BC onto CTC territory.  My natural allegiance is with the latter but to be honest they are looking increasingly ineffective.  If BC can win the ear of Government and Local Authorities then good luck to them.  I hope they remember to include Scotland.&#60;br /&#62;
