They're the big residential street bins, only without lids. It's happened at least twice this week so far. Because they're a very obvious hazard to cyclists - right on the cycle lane and big, black &amp; solid with sharp edges - I've stopped and dragged them off the path every time I've encountered them. </p> <p>I'm going to get fed up of this quite quickly, so can anyone suggest what might be going on here or what to do next - for example is this being done by vandals trying to cause a bicycle crash, or is it being done by some cycle-blind bit of the council? </p>
