<description>&#60;p&#62;With the weather having turned somewhat I encountered a horrid sensation as I cycled home from uni. I got brain freeze through the vents on my helmet. My fleecey hat won't fit under my helmet so does anyone have any suggestions as to how best to combat this? It really hurt lol.
