Basically the author is arguing that the nice negotiating cyclists are not getting anywhere (or are getting somewhere inadequate very slowly) and that a bit of anger and disruption is needed.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm not sure that even posting this sort of thing on the internet is a good idea. Perhaps this is the last post I will ever make, before They haul me off to explain myself...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Has anyone here ever been involved in anything like that (not particularly cycling related?) Do people think it helps or hinders a cause?
