Our Ref: 123456"</p> <p>Should the email not include the location of the fault? </p> http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/topic.php?id=85#post-217 Tue, 24 Nov 2009 23:40:40 +0000 Matchstickwarrior 217@http://citycyclingedinburgh.info/bbpress/ <p>Just lately, it seemd CEC has decided to patch up some of the slightlier busier roads in the capital.<br /> Some work has been done on the eastbound bus lane on Corstorphine Rd, which was lovely and smooth until they put back the coloured surfacing - why are the old lanes so smooth and the new ones so bumpy?</p> <p>And on Calder Road there seems to have been some extensive "patching" work, but has anyone noticed that in a few areas the "repairs" seem in some way to have maintained the presence of the holes they were supposed to cover?</p> <p>Need I mention the lack of a reinstatement of the cycle lane on the soon-to-be-opened (maybe) section of Princes St?</p> <p>Anyone else noticed some dodgy repairs where the council thinks no one will notice? </p>
