Obviously mis-judged the pedestrian crossing with lollipop lady a few meters away, which had already gone green..... Nothing overtly, madly close or dangerous, but the roads did actually feel like a battle zone this morning. EVERYONE was in a hurry, roared past by loads of folk, and twice, slightly too close, by a National Express coach (which I also got on camera just running a red light that I, ahead of him, was stopping for). He had a ‘How is my driving?’ sticker on the back…</p> <p>Queues of traffic had cars at all sorts of angles, trying to skip up the insides or outsides to make up a few metres. Tiny gaps left where they were queuing round roundabouts that others were squeezing through then noticing me filtering at the last minute (I was doing so gingerly so that I could stop dead if required).</p> <p>Sheesh. </p>
