The four wee racks I spotted were in front of the Morrison St entrance to the conference centre. So there are more racks uphill near the 'Atria' buildings - I hadn't looked that way so thanks for that!<br /> I didn't see anything down the side or round the back, particularly, so I missed those ten racks somehow. No racks. Plenty of bikes chained to fence (building works not quite complete so area fenced off). Staff did say racks would be going in. Four isn't a lot. Where are they in relation to the two venues? Any recommendations? </p> <p>I went there yesterday and found four wee rack-ettes out the front of the building; a couple of lamposts across the road; some cyclist-crusher barrier fencing just down the hill; and a bit further away there's <a href="http://opencyclemap.org/?zoom=18&amp;lat=55.94603&amp;lon=-3.20902&amp;layers=B000">Festival Square</a> but there doesn't seem to be anywhere more secure or reassuring. </p> <p>The <a href="http://www.eicc.co.uk/">EICC</a> and <a href="http://events.linuxfoundation.org/events/linuxcon-europe">conference</a> sites are no help sadly ("For further advice on alternative modes of transport <a href="http://www.sestran.gov.uk" rel="nofollow">http://www.sestran.gov.uk</a>"). </p> <p>Any more ideas please? Or is that the lot? </p>
