Cycling through Dalmeny village lastnight I came to this junction. There was an ambulance parked facing the avenue, a paramedic car round the corner, a police office on the pavement, and a black small car parked in the middle of the chevron turning box, whose driver was returning to the car. As i passed behind him, he glared at me and shaking his head said something like stupid idiot.

There were two police marked cycles present, one in the road and one being wheeled off the road by the police officer.

No one else was present. Hope any injured person(s) are not injured.
