There was an ambulance parked facing the avenue, a paramedic car round the corner, a police office on the pavement, and a black small car parked in the middle of the chevron turning box, whose driver was returning to the car. As i passed behind him, he glared at me and shaking his head said something like stupid idiot.</p> <p>There were two police marked cycles present, one in the road and one being wheeled off the road by the police officer.</p> <p>No one else was present. Hope any injured person(s) are not injured. </p>
