They've moved it to the lobby of JCMB (James Clerk Maxwell Building, the big brick ship-looking building)</p> <p>2. Bike security marking is currently taking 3-4 minutes per bike, said an official-looking man, and when I was there a few minutes ago there was already a queue of 10 bikes and lots more arriving all the time.
