No Tour Series, so ToB stage start.</p> <p>Cumbria County Council did a similar deal so, as there isn't a Tour Series event there this year, there should be a Lake District stage, presumably on the Monday (or Tuesday, if the Northumbrians have stumped up as well). </p>
