No mention of the promised &#34;active travel freeways&#34; and only a vague reference to &#34;record investment in active travel&#34; - rather than any firm figures for investment in walking and cycling next financial year.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;There is a picture of cyclists on the front though.
