They cycle from the Meadows to Heriot Watt along the canal and wonder what that is going to be like in winter.</p> <p>For myself I dodge the canal because it's so narrow &amp; I'd take the Balgreen route to Edinburgh Park &amp; then the fragmented way to Heriot Watt. But on checking the Spokes map it's a hard one to follow after Edinburgh Park. Any other ideas. </p>
