My girlfriend told me in an email today that she had been about to hand her card over when the salesperson said the scheme had been suspended <em>again</em> as (my OH's words)"they (HMV)are going under a different company. ... He said just to keep an eye on the website. "</p> <p>The website doesn't appear to show that Pure Points is suspended.</p> <p>A brief Google news search doesn't throw up any results about HMV seeking a new owner. The closest I can find is <a href="http://www.oxfordmail.co.uk/news/11035844.Uncertainty_over_HMV_store/">their Oxford store possibly closing/relocating.</a> Anyone seen or heard anything? </p>
