Even frozen in the gutters in places so ztayed very primary. Colleage in changing rooms had come off on side streets near wester coates. May go get my ribs checked, but right now knee is sorest. Bike lost rear chain, and I walked it by tbw, who kindly put it back for me. </p> <p>Shouted at lots of people to warn them including - I think - wingpig? Colleague managed to come off over the front and took a bit more of a battering than I did.</p> <p>Humbug! And here was me thinking what a beautiful morning it was and everything. </p>
