Now that CCWEL and Roseburn - almost canal are finished, I can't think of anything. Is this the first time in years that nothing is being built?</p> <p>If so, it is a real low point and a an indictment of Scott Arthur and Cllr Jenkinson, who have been happy to take the credit for schemes started by the two Lesleys without doing anything themselves.</p> <p>Have I missed something? </p>
