Simple but effective. There's something very humbling about standing outside on a cold clear night and just staring into the night sky till you lose track of time.</p> <p>My main space interest was (and is) in the STS or Space Shuttle. As a kid, I wrote to NASA for information, Expecing maybe a letter at most, but a few days later I received a large padded envelope filled with all sorts of sturdy booklets and leaflets, and not just aimed at children. Very impressed.
