<description>&#60;p&#62;Another &#60;em&#62;good thing&#60;/em&#62; in the Scottish Government's announcements yesterday was the introduction of Low Emission Zones, which should mean that anything but the cleanest vehicles will have to pay £££ to enter these areas. I would hope that will stimulate some real change in the city centre.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Does anyone know the extent of the proposed Edinburgh LEZ?
