&#60;p&#62;So why is your defence lawyer likely to advise you to take the latter option? It’s because they know from experience that juries have a poorer record of convicting drivers, especially if the victim is a cyclist or a pedestrian.&#34;&#60;/em&#62;&#60;/blockquote&#62;&#60;/p&#62;
