Cyclist coming the other way is passing parked cars so out in the road. Great big truck (the ones that carry gravel and such like) overtakes her lurching out onto my side of the road. I tuck in on the left - fortunately no parked cars on my side. Guess what? The driver's on the phone!</p> <p>It makes my blood boil!!! </p>
