I trust that this is to reduce the potential for conflict between pedestrians and cyclists created by the metal fencing forcing you to cycle tight to a blind corner and then sit blocking the pavement whilst you wait for the lights to change however I am struggling to find any plans online. Can anyone point me in the right direction?</p> <p>I note that they have provided a pedestrian crossing whilst they carry out the work but no lighting phase for the cyclists heading out of the city on NCN1! </p>
