Car parked in chambers st 5.57 to 6.27 ringo charging in 30 min sections). Traffic in to town on WAR was mad. Lot of cats skipping down long sections of the bus lanes then pushing in. I was hoping that unless they were on some sort of mercy dash they should get fined? Particularly the woman who smashed along the bus lane, indicated she would now be willing to join the queue but tired of this after a second and went back into the bus lane. They should be putting in zig-zags instead to keep it clear, which they've never bothered to do, but now is a great opportunity.
