But.</p> <p>1 - do we assume that 100% of hospital staff who wish to park their cars at their place of work should be able to do so 100% of the time at a free or subsidised rate.</p> <p>2 - If it's taking you 45 minutes to get your car parked in the morning, at what point do you decide that perhaps there may be an alternative 1 or 2 days a week.</p> <p>This is a major hospital in central Cardiff that seems well served by buses and has 2 train stations on different lines &lt;1 mile away. It's not like there can't be alternatives, even if they could be improved. </p>
