This year the plan is to shake things up a bit and to put the pressure on Local Authorities</a>- including Edinburgh - to deliver.</p> <p>We can't do do this without you. </p> <p>Are you, or could you become, an enthusiastic instigator or invaluable participant? We now know that "thousands" would have been more accurate, so I assume that these stories were written before the event. I hope they'll be corrected. </p>
