&#60;p&#62;&#34;Dear Cyclists,&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Rolling up to a red light, slowing down, wobbling a bit and then continuing through the red light before pedalling off does &#60;strong&#62;not&#60;/strong&#62; count as track standing. If you can't do it, at least have the decency to fall over and admit it rather than use it as an excuse to red light jump.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;That is all.&#60;/p&#62;
