<description>&#60;p&#62;What do you get if you take an old piece of wood, a quill stem, a band saddle clamp, some old drop bars and a horrible cheap leather saddle you never liked anyway, and set about them with steel wool, brasso, the drill and extra long screws?&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;The idea isn't mine, but the execution was. It can certainly be improved upon with access to an angle grinder and a drill bit capable of countersinking aluminium.
