A squad of Council workies were busy on the other side of the road, near Luca's about the same time, so more racks might have gone up over there (need to go and look tomorrow). </p> <p>Various cafes around this end of town seem to attract folks on bikes who usually have use whatever street furniture they can find, which obviously isn't ideal. Some racks about midway down the high street would be good too. Still, good to seem some progress. </p>
