I mean fancy anyone wanting to make use of a public space.</p> <p><em>In addition, Lothian and Borders Police have said the route within the Meadows "causes concern" as it is a designated jogging track.</em></p> <p>Indeed!</p> <p>I'm not sure I get the "designated jogging track" bit. I was under the impression it's actually a designated cycling track (hence the big bikes painted on the ground, and all the blue sign posts)...</p> <p>They must be worried that this single speed tricycle is going to go so slow that it will cause a tailback of <strike>people out for a walk in sports gear wearing ipods on their arms</strike> joggers.</p> <p>He certainly has enough spoke dealies to be hear coming a mile away - Dave take note for your tricycle audibility issues. </p>
