It was too dark to see much as I passed by but someone was lying immobile, looked like they might have had a black cycle helmet on, but I didn't see a bike; and there was a car and a small crowd of helpers by them in the middle of the street.</p> <p>An ambulance got there the same time as I did.</p> <p>Hoping for the best. </p>
