Currently trying to find the proof of purchase on the D Lock because I think it was guaranteed, but I bought it years ago.</p> <p>I know it's generally hopeless, but if anyone sees it up for sale or ditched on the side of a road somewhere I'd hugely appreciate a heads up. However I was flabbergasted to discover that Bike insurance is more expensive than my car insurance!</p> <p>I guess the greatest risk is theft. It has disc brakes and a rear rack, and the saddle was the stock Whyte one it came with.</p> <p>It's been reported to the police, and I'm checking gumtree/ebay, but if you see anyone trying to sell a bike like that please let me know.
