I am totally ashamed to say it was the most exercise I have had in years but it was brilliant fun :-).</p> <p>Suffice to say a nice new shiny Sprint FX has been ordered from LB and I can't wait. I am just trying to figure out how to best develop my lasso skills so if I get tired on my first forum run I can hook on to the back of someone super fit :-)</p> <p>Thanks again to David at LB for an excellent intro to triking.</p> <p>Ray </p>
