<description>&#60;p&#62;Why do some drivers, lets say for the sake of argument taxi drivers coming down The Mound and turning to their right, seem incapable of giving way to a vehicle proceeding with priority on a green light, if that vehicle does not have pedals instead of an engine?  Could it have something to do with 'road tax' perhaps?
