In comfort of your own home put a different set of lenses in each pair. Then if sun out, swap glasses not lenses? At first I didn't try changing lenses, but I do it regularly now. I don't know what model you have, but on mine the frame is a bit flexy so you have to flex it away from the lenses. They pop out quite easily, the lenses have a wee lug on one side and you have to put that side in first or they don't go in fully. </p> <p>I find I'm qute quick at it now, which is handy given that the light is so changeable in Scotland! I eventually wrestled the originals out but just can't get the others in. The hook at the nosepiece seems too inflexible.</p> <p>If anyone has these and has worked out how to change lenses can you please put a confused old git out of his misery?</p> <p>I've tried Googling, to no avail.</p> <p>Thanks </p>
