The brewpub plans to open by December 2013.</p> <p>• MENU: Beef tongue and cheek, oysters and house-smoked barbeque are some eclectic dishes slated to be served. </p> <p>• SEATING &amp; SERVICE: German beer-hall seating, with long tables, and retractable garage doors that will allow people to easily sit indoors or outdoors. Guests will order food at a counter, but servers or "beer specialists" will visit tables to take beverage orders.</p> <p>• FUN FACTS: Accessible by canoe, kayak and bike. Pet-friendly beer garden with outdoor seating. </p>
