Ive read of Red Deer will swim Sea Lochs or to/from some of the west coast islands, but you have to wonder where this creature was trying to get to. I was astonished to see a deer swimming 100 meters off-shore towards Prestonpans. It was swimming strongly but with the current, then a seal popped up beside it, and it turned immediately and headed towards Levenhall. Also saw a gannet and my first swifts of the year.<br /> Cheers<br /> Colin </p>
