A bit of duplication going on methinks.<br /> Perhaps they should allow equivalency and award it to any kids who can prove they successfully completed the bikeability level 3 training?</p> <p>Otoh, formal cycle training should allow class time/funding etc? Which should increase the uptake significantly I'd have thought?
