Ave speed may seem high, but most driving I do is out of town on fast roads. Use the FuelGood app to track your fuel efficiency and the potential savings you could make by using our fuel-efficient driving tips.</em></p> <p>But that's no fun, I already drive like that (I'm cheap) so I thought I'd see what my "fuel consumption" would be on the bike. </p> <p>I selected my car; medium sized, 1.4-2.0 petrol, ten years old.<br /> My results 33.4 mpg with my average speed of 14mph.<br /> This apparently is -4p "saving" against their benchmark. Emissions 200g/km.</p> <p>Any one else feel like having a go. I'm sure there is a apple version too. </p> <p>The app itself is rubbish overly broad categories to be genuinely useful for any comparison across models you could probably use it to monitor your own driving in one car, one route across a few weeks. I think its just an expensive (quango money) novelty to get people to try and take on board the "tips". </p>
