They wil pass it onto the local patrols. They were quite alarmed at the threat/ out of control dogs. Hopefully it may have some benefit. This is almost certainly the same person I had a run in with last year.</p> <p>Had four or five dogs running over the path in every direction as I slowly cycled past at walking pace. He shouted at me to "slow the **** down ar**h***". We exchanged a <em>difference of options</em> about a range of subjects including my speed, his out of control dogs, shared use paths and if he was too fat to chase me. There are too-frequent problems on this path with "antisocial" users, but they can't do anything about it if it isn't reported. When I merged onto the path I had to come to a dead stop due to a pack of 4 Bulls Terriers and an Alsation wandering along the path with two men, who were making no attempt to control their dogs. This is a busy section of path and there were cylists coming through as well as pedestrians. Having almost run over one of the Bull Terriers, I stopped and politely asked if they could keep their dogs under control...a bad move. One of them instantly turned aggressive (a skin head who semmed to own the dogs).He started to go for me so I figured two into one with a pack of dogs doesn't go. As I moved off the other guy tried to get the dogs to turn on me. Whilst all this was happening other path users were trying to get past. They were spoiling for trouble, if you spot them suggest you pass and keep going. If the Police patrol monitor this site could you please keep a watch for this guy, he was very aggresive and the dogs were not under control. They were heading south on the path. </p>
