Unless you consider your <em>free time</em> as worth nothing, then you are paying in one way or another.</ul></p> <p><ul>If you go by train at peak time then you are charged a congestion charge <em>aka peak fare</em><br /> </ul></p> <p><ul>If you go by bus... I'm not sure.
