<description>&#60;p&#62;I always shout at toddlers who are on those push along bikes (or trikes). Just because you're under the age of criminal responsibility doesn't change the law - toddlers don't get to shoplift just because they're too young to be prosecuted for it! &#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;A timely post as my youngest family member complained that someone shouted at her for cycling at walking pace on a city pavement.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Two sides to story though...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;She may be only 15 but would look older. She can't have it both ways. Old enough to think she should have a drink but young enough to be a juvenile cyclist.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;She didn't think she was doing any harm but society does not liek cyclists.
