Anywho I was reminded how I used to feel when I lived there and wondered again why people would put up with London commutes. The subway is just horrible at rush hour and the traffic is slower than molasses in January. The locals don't seem to notice. I used a bike from Kilburn to Kensington in those days. I do not understand this since the ride into work mainly consists of a huge slog uphill whereas the ride home mainly consists of downhillness.
