Careless driving suggests accident ("whoopsydaisy! I almost hit you! No harm done though, hey?") rather than causing a fatality through <strong>18 seconds of not giving the road any attention whilst driving</strong>.</p> <p><em>"The jury was told steering lightly to the right would have been enough to pass Mr Hilson as he travelled in the same direction on his Specialized road bike."</em></p> <p>Grim news.
