<p>More support of active travel would be a better approach if we want to get people active. It has worked in other countries, 20 years ago Finland was the sickest county in Europe (now it Scotland), they turn things round by encouraging healthy eating and exercise. 10% of all journey in Finland are by bicycle, so it works.</p>
<p>Hummm isn't another small European country with a <strike>target</strike> shared vision of 10% of all journey by bicycle?
