Her open words where "In the Netherlands we don't build crap like that". Got a reply back saying it was just a 'save the date' announcement and there would be more speakers. Apparently Brenda Mitchell (of Cycle Law Scotland - campaigning for Strict Liability) may take part 'in some form'.
