The problem is the road gets huge volumes of surface water run off from Regent Rd which turns it into a mini river. It seems worse than it was only a short time ago. The problem is the cracks are longitudinal and deepening so very hard to move across safely if you want to move to secondary after the junction (over which I take primary). Had a very close pass there yesterday night by someone who was presumably oblivious to the difficulties to find a decent bit of road there... not malicious, but a bit thoughtless. We should both have tried to be nicer. </p>
